This wonderful bright one bedroomed apartment with location to match in The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, central London. Two minutes walk from Earls Court Underground Station (Metro) in zone 1, where you can get the Picadilly line to Heathrow Airport (40 minutes) or Piccadilly Circus (15 minutes). The District line at Earls Court or West Brompton Station. Bus routes are easily access nearby.

The apartment is situated on the top (Floor: 3). Transportation near the apartment: Bus, Train and Metro: Earls Court. 3 minutes walk (Piccadilly & district lines), West Brompton, 2 minutes walk.

This apartment accommodates two people sleeping in one bedroom with one ‘Kingsize’ memory foam mattress (150x200cm). The bed has no footboard. The living room has a sofa bed. Linen will only be provided for the sofa bed, if your reservation is for three people.

Maximum of 2 guests at all times, parties, no pets. No business use without prior discussion with the owner.

The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee pot, kettle, microwave, electrical cooker, oven, fridge with small freezer compartment and gas stove. Nearby there there are lots of good restaurants. Kensington High Street and the Kings Road, both very good shopping areas within walking distance along-with four major UK Museums. Also Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park are great places to laze around or to go jogging. Car hire is available within walking distance, on street pay & display parking available.

No pets, no parties, no smokers or smoking (smoke alarms).
Check ins at 2pm and check outs at 11am.

End cleaning is included, but the property should still be left in reasonable condition with all you belongings and rubbish removed.

This was my second stay at Peter's flat. Very clean and comfortable. Great views of the Old Brompton cemetery and gardens, very close to the tube station.

Great location, lovely apartment, professionally serviced and best of all a very helpful owner who did everything to make sure my stay was comfortable.
First location: Earls Court tube a 5 minute walk away, The Pembroke gastro-pub down the road, Old Brompton Road and Earls Court Road a stone's throw. Shopping, sightseeing, museums, galleries all within minutes. Tesco, M&S groceries. drycleaners, 24 hours provision stores / off-licence all round the corner.
Apartment: Well furnished, clean, comfortable, very good finishings and a special mention for the great bathroom - huge, great tub, great shower, sink and great finishings. Wifi super fast, TV big, HD quality. Good wardrobes, plenty of space. Fully equipped kitchen. Very clean.
Services: Excellent. The cleaning services agreed with owner were undertaken on time and beyond expectations. There was a minor problem with the TV cable connection once and workmen came and fixed it in less than 24 hours.
Owner: Peter was great. A thorough gentlemen, he made himself present and available upon my arrival and even helped me with my luggage! Made sure I was well settled in and organized before taking leave. Periodically throughout my stay would pay me the kindness and courtesy of checking up on my stay and ensuring all was good. How many owners would take the time out to do that - let alone mean it? Frankly after this experience I would, and would recommend, anyone to book a property with Peter.
Anything less than positive: Just one minor comment. The apartment was on the top floor so for those of us less fit than others carrying heavy luggage up and down could be a challenge. On the positive side I think I'm fitter for the experience! But this is a very minor point and should not detract from an otherwise fully deserving glowing review.

I booked the apartment at short notice and Peter was very helpful. He met and was very kind to explain everything and even showed me a few landmarks in the local area. The apartment has lots of natural light and free from noise, with great views. The bed is very comfy, I believe its a memory foam mattress. There is Air con, but I didn't need that in December. The central heating worked very well. Peter went beyond to make me feel welcome and even left some chocolates.

Peter's place is located in a very pleasant and safe area. It is accessible to all key attractions and has two Tube stops that are very convenient. There are plenty of restaurants in walking distance and a few groceries. Highly recommend!

Peter was a great host. He was very flexible and accommodating with our arrival time. He met is at the flat to give us keys and show us the ins and outs as well as helped us with our luggage. The flat itself was also great. We stayed for 2 weeks and it had everything we needed. It's also incredibly close to the District and Picadilly lines. We will definitely book this flat again. We couldn't have been happier with the hospitality or the flat.

I was in London for work for almost three weeks, and Peter's place was perfect. Sunny, comfortable, in a safe and quiet neighborhood, with good restaurants, bars and grocery stores nearby. It is a 2-5 min walk to the Earl's Court and West Brompton tube stops (District and Piccadilly lines), which made my commute easy. I didn't need to go into Central London often, but when I did, it only took about 20 minutes to get to Piccadilly Circus area. Peter made check in and check out easy, and was kept in touch often to make sure I had everything I needed. This is a good place for one person or a couple, particularly for a long trip.
